Free Initial Consultation (30 minutes)
Services
- Unlimited phone/text/email support
- On-Call services from 38 weeks through birth
1 In-Person Prenatal Visit (3 Hours) – (around 28 weeks)
- Meet & Greet
- Childbirth Education
- Discuss comfort measures and importance of movement and breath
- Discuss what is important to you and your family
- Father and family advocacy and support
- Answer questions and/or address concerns you may have
- Discuss anything else on your mind
1 Virtual Session (1 Hour) – (around 34 weeks)
- Birth Plan
- What to expect: Early Labor and Active Labor
- Answer questions and/or address concerns you may have
Complete hands-on support from active labor through birth
- Virtual Support until Active Labor
- 2 hours immediate postpartum support
1 In-Person Postpartum Visit (2 hours) – (within 4 weeks)
- Check in to see how you are doing and discuss your adjustment to postpartum life
- Talk about your birth experience
- Newborn Care
- Assist with any chores around the house
- Watch the baby if you need to shower, eat, or any other important task
- Answer questions and/or address concerns you may have

- In-home baby preparation, meal preparation, herbal preparations, postpartum planning assistance, etc.
- Answer any questions and/or address concerns

- Prenatal Corrective Exercise Assessment, Session, & Daily Plan
- Reiki Session w/ meditation & visualization
- Private Infant, Pediatric & Adult CPR Instruction for 4 people

6 week prenatal work-out plan for you to do at home – $100 (private, in-person or virtual assessment and sessions available at an additional cost)
30-minute prenatal/postpartum Mediation & Visualization – $40 (in-Person) / $25 (Virtual)
60-minute private, in person Reiki Session – $90
90-minute private, in person Reiki Session with labor meditation and visualization – $120
90-minute private Infant, Pediatric and Adult CPR Instruction for the family (4 people) – $150
